Before drawings are finalized, we verify that your intended use aligns with municipal zoning bylaws. A zoning mismatch here is far cheaper to resolve than after permits are submitted.
We review your architectural drawings against Ontario Building Code and fire code requirements. Every deficiency is flagged and resolved before submission.
We manage the complete permit application — coordinating with architects, engineers, and city officials. We handle all follow-ups and respond to city comments on your behalf.
With permits secured, we finalize the construction plan — scheduling all trades, locking in material lead times, and establishing clear milestones.
Construction begins — framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, millwork, flooring, finishes. Every trade is coordinated under our oversight with regular progress updates.
Before every scheduled inspection, we conduct our own internal review — identifying and resolving deficiencies so the inspector finds a clean, compliant site.
We walk the completed space with you, address final items, and hand over a fully built, inspection-passed commercial space — ready for business on day one.
